What are your hours of delivery?
We deliver 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Does Niche Event Rentals set up and take down?
Yes we do, for an additional charge. Call for specific information.

Delivery Information


Standard charges are for deliveries made to the door at ground level. Additional charges will incur based on the logistics of the event and will vary depending on labor.

Rental Rates


All charges are for time out whether used or not, so please make your selections carefully. All rental pricing is for a one day rental. If you should need a long-term rate, please call to receive long term rates.

A 50 percent deposit is required upon confirmation of the order. The balance will be due in full on the day of delivery, or two days prior to delivery if scheduled on a weekend. If a cancellation is necessary, a 10 percent processing will apply. If the order has been loaded, shipped or delivered a 50 percent restocking fee plus cost of delivery (if applicable) will apply.

Client Responsibility upon Acceptance (loss and damaged) Responsibility of the equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of return. Charges will be assessed for missing, broken or damaged items. The full replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge incurred. Please call immediately if there is a problem with your order.
